  ZOANO has full-set sewing equipment branded, such as PEGASUS and BROTHER from Japan, Bullmer Automatic cutting machine, MIMAKI & REGGIANI and MONTI sublimation machine, Heat Sealing machine, Heat Transfer machine and Laser Cutting machine. With experienced design team, technical pattern makers, powerful sample room, qualified Quality Control team, we have invested 6 factories in Xiamen, Quanzhou, Shandong with more than 300 skilled workers. Our production capacity is 200000 pieces per month for Running, Fitness and Yoga wear, 120000 pieces per month for Cycling wear, 180000 pieces per month for Base Layer and 500000 pieces for Accessories.

  We have stable and long-term supplier chains from different countries and areas. We order functional fabrics and trims from Italy, Korea, China mainland, Taiwan, Hongkong, such as with recycled, Coolmax, Lycra, Modal, Thermolite, Anti-bacterial, Anti-odour, Deodorant, UV+, Anti-static finishing and so on.
